Have you ever received poor-quality AI-generated content at work?
This is ‘workslop’: AI-written content that looks good – but which is, in fact, so low in quality that it creates more work for the person on the receiving end.
40% of US workers say they have been sent #workslop, in a survey by BetterUp and Stanford Social Media Lab. And as bringing a piece of workslop up to scratch can take around two hours, it’s costing businesses in lost productivity.
Here, Alexi Robichaux, CEO of BetterUp, explains the problem, alongside some possible solutions.
