We like to think of ourselves as separate from nature – as if humans belong in a different category from everything else on Earth. Speaking at the UN SDG Media Zone, Brazilian science communicator Pedro Loos, creator of Ciência Todo Dia, challenges that idea.
"We are part of everything. All scientific revolutions, our whole journey of pursuing new knowledge, involve figuring out that we are a part of this — and everything we do has a price to the environment."
