The WTO Public Forum 2026 brought together thousands of participants from around the world for four days of dialogue, debate and ideas on how trade can help shape a more prosperous future.
Under the theme"Powering the Future", the Forum featured 113 sessions organized by governments, businesses, academia, civil society and international organizations. Discussions focused on the growing importance of services trade, the digital economy, artificial intelligence, sustainable development, and the role and value of the WTO in an evolving global landscape.
The Forum also marked the launch of the World Trade Report 2026, which examines the contribution of the WTO to global trade and economic cooperation, and welcomed the WTO Young Trade Leaders to the Centre Stage.
