The claims have some grounding in fact, as scientific studies confirm the advantages offered by Swedish habits such as cold plunges, foraging and ‘forest bathing’.

That’s the thinking behind DePoly, which switches out the conventional melt-based recycling for a chemical process that breaks plastic waste down into its original molecular building blocks, ready to be reused in new plastics.
