AI will make organizations more like networks than hierarchiesAccording to Cognizant’s CEO

Source: World Economic Forum (video statements)

AI isn’t just changing how we work; it could fundamentally change the shape of the organizations we work for.

That’s according to Ravi Kumar, CEO of @Cognizant, which helps companies modernize their technology and reimagine their processes. Kumar believes the traditional corporate pyramid is about to be flattened. By giving workers of all kinds – and at every level – access to powerful new capabilities, he explains how #AI could accelerate the path from entry-level to expertise.

Ravi Kumar was speaking on the World Economic Forum’s Radio Davos podcast. Hear the full episode: https://open.spotify.com/episode/3QjJhkcHLrIlr3QcPpXqoT?si=9Nk9LnFVRXCS_2Bx7rg30Q&nd=1&dlsi=b51280d57f734069
