Can businesses make more money by restoring nature? According to new research, the answer is yes.
New research has found 50 ways that businesses in areas that span the range of business itself (think everything from fashion to agriculture to recycling to mining) can both make money and leave nature better-off. The research discovered that globally, $7 trillion is spent every year destroying nature, and only about $200 billion protecting it.
Laura Fisher leads the World Economic Forum’s work on nature-positive industries.
