The Lord Speaker welcomed 🇺🇦 #Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy UK Parliament this evening to address members of both Houses, alongside the Speaker of the House of Commons.
Speaking about the event, the Lord Speaker said:
‘I was honoured to welcome President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to Parliament with Mr Speaker. President Zelenskyy spoke of the challenges faced by the courageous people of Ukraine resisting Russian aggression. We pay tribute to their bravery as they stand strong for liberty, justice & peace.
